Chop your rhubarb into the size pieces you want it to be in to cook later, spread on cookie sheet, freeze, gather up into zip lock bag or box and return to freezer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, cut it into 1/2" slices and freeze it loose on a cookie sheet!. After an hour, put it into a freezer bag or container!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You'll need to blanch it in boiling water briefly, to sterilize it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
