I am trying to make bread pudding. How?!
Answers:
The bread is soaked (often overnight), squeezed dry, and mixed with the other ingredients!. The mixture is transferred into a dish and baked!.
It may be served with a sweet sauce of some sort, such as whiskey sauce, rum sauce, or caramel sauce, but is typically sprinkled with sugar and eaten cold in squares or slices!. In Malaysia, bread pudding is consumed with custard sauce!.

Hi! Well, there are two sorts!.!.!. Bread Pudding (originally a Yorkshire dish I believe, which is basically bread mashed down with fruits, sugar, spices and other ingredients, then baked like a cake and served in slices) or Bread and Butter Pudding which is layered buttered bread with fruit, sugard and an eggy-milk mix poured over then baked!. There are various other steamed pudding recipes which could be considered to be "bread pudding", so until you say which you mean it is a bit difficult to say how to make one!
A quick search should show you pictures on recipe websites if you are still not sure which sort of "bread pudding" you are after!.!.!. Whatever you chose, it will be delicious! Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a fairly easy recipe- You mix together:
20 slices of stale bread or app!. 10 cups
( any bread,roll, biscuit will do )
4eggs
2 c!.milk
3/4 c!. brown sugar
3/4 c!. white sugar
1 1/2 t!. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg & cloves (optional)
1 cup raisins or any dried fruit cut in small pieces
2 t!. vanilla( or to taste)
Cut bread into chunks, mix together all of the ingredients, let stand for 20 minutes for flavors to mingle!. Once the liquid has been mostly absorbed into the bread pour into a heavily buttered casserole dish!. Cover with a lid or foil!. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes, uncover & cook an additional 20 min!. allowing the dish to turn a nice golden brown!. Serve with fresh whipped cream and fresh fruit if you like!.
NOTE : use a loaf of stale french bread for best results!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
