I was recently given a pint (473ml) of whole cream!. Besides extremely rich mac & cheese, are there any recipes that call for whole cream!? American recipes and UK recipes are welcome; the expiration date is 2 days from today!.
Thank you!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ah good question, this is a recipe which has been passed down in my family for generations, we're not called the 'Whole Cream Gang' for nothing!
Whole Cream surprise:
-Simply fry half a tub of Beef mince in a pan until thoroughly browned!.
-Add in three rashers of bacon, marinated in egg to give it a glazed look
-on a seperate hob boil in water 15 strawberries of varying size and quality
-when the time is right add the strawberries to the mince and bacon and then grate on some lemon rind!.
- on a large plate (about the size of a televison) roll out the pastry from before
-Flop the mince meal onto the pastry (ADDING WHOLE CREAM for flavour)
There! one Whole Cream surprise to go!Www@FoodAQ@Com
