Answers:
Set your oven temperature to about 350 and set it for 60 minutes, then slather your Pork loin with your favorite seasonings and a little Olive Oil!. Place your Pork loin in a deep pan (over 4 inches deep) on top of some rough chopped celery, onions, carrots and some chicken broth, you could also line the pan with some fresh herbs for added arromatics and flavor!. This beginning high temperature will slightly crispen the outside of your Pork loin and seal in the natural juices!. Then, after that first hour, turn your oven temperature down to 275, then bake until your internal temperature comes to 230!. After this, take your pork loin out and let it rest for about 15 minutes!. This resting time will cause the Pork loin to continue cooking and keep the juices marinating inside the loin, because if you cut into it right away, you will lose alot of those delicious juices that you have worked so hard to keep in!. This should make your Pork Loin tender, not over cooked and dry!. I hope this helps you out today to enjoy your wonderful dinner!Www@FoodAQ@Com
