How do i make my dish better if ive added too much sugat to it ?!


Question: How do i make my dish better if ive added too much sugat to it !?
I was making grape jelly at home and i added way too much sugar to the mixture!.!. i cant add more water to it coz i dont want to dilute it and i dont have more grapes!.!.!. how can i decrease the sweetness of the thing!?
Will adding a potato and boiling it help !? coz i know that a potato absorbs the salt content!.!.!. will it absorb the sugar too !?

add concentrated grape juice!.

a small amount of lemon juice can kill the sweet

potatoes dont absorb salt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make up a second batch and mix the two!. Then if it is not sweet enough, add a little more sugar - CARFULLY!.
Cook in two batches and save the rest in the deep freeze until you need it again!.
Should work!.

even out the proportion of other ingredients!? start again!? only thing i can think of is a distilation machine but i doubt anyone has that lying around in their houseWww@FoodAQ@Com
