Question: Does n/e one have a really good recipe for cute greasy brownies!?
not the really hard ones, cuz yesterday i made some brownies and they were REALLY HARD!!!!! i mean like stiff and stale after 20 minutes of sitting on my kitchen table!.!.!. but i want a really scrum-didly-umptious quadruple-chocolate, greasy, and soft, gooey, and cakey texture so when you bite into it, its like wet and greasy!. Thank you!! :)

Gooey Brownies with Shortbread Crust serves 24

INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
2 (7 ounce) bars milk chocolate, chopped
1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup of all-purpose flour and sugar!. Cut in butter until the mixture is crumbly!. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking pan!.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until firm and slightly golden!. Set aside to cool!.
In a medium bowl, mix together 1/4 cup flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder!. Make a well in the center, and add the egg, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk!. Mix until well blended!. Stir in the chopped chocolate and walnuts!. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust!.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies begin to pull away from the edges, and the top appears dry!. Cool, and cut into squares!. Store tightly covered at room temperature!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make Cheese cake brownies with a hint of orange! there really good and super easy to make!!!!!


1 pkg brownie mix (do NOT use the ones with the syrup pouches)
1 pkg (8 ox) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 orange (for orange zest)

Prepare brownie mix as dirsected on pkg!. Pour into an ungreased 13X9 baking pan!.

Beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth!. Mix in sugar until blended!. Add egg and vanilla, half the orange in zest; mix just until blended!. Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie batter!.

Bake at 350/F for 35-40 min or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned!.

I have been looking for years and years for a good, reliable brownie recipe -- one that turns out just right every time!. I still haven't found it, if indeed it does even exist!. I can't find one anywhere!. If it works once, it seems it never works right again no matter how well I follow the recipe!.
