Answers:
You must mean pie crust --

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening, chilled
3 tablespoons ice water

Whisk the flour and salt together in a medium size bowl!. With a pastry blender, cut in the cold shortening until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs!. Drizzle 2 to 3 tablespoons ice water over flour!. Toss mixture with a fork to moisten, adding more water a few drops at a time until the dough comes together!.
Gently gather dough particles together into a ball!. Wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 30 minutes before rolling!.
Roll out dough, and put in a pie plate!. Fill with desired filling and bake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Presuming you mean the pie crust, into which the filling of your choice is poured, here's how I make it!.

For a single crust, whisk 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt togehter!. With a pastery blender or two table knives, cut in 1/2 cup COLD shortening (I use Crisco), until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs!. Then I sprinkle 2 to 3 tablespoons ice water over the flour mixture and toss it with a fork to moisten, adding more water a few drops at a time until the dough comes together and forms a ball!.

Then, gather the dough together and gently shaped into a ball!. Wrap in in plastic wrap, and chill it for at least half an hour!.

Then, roll out the dough about 1/8" thick, making sure it's large enough to fit into your pie plate with some hanging over the edge!. When you roll it, do it on a surface you're sprinkled with flour, and sprinkle more flour on your rollng pin, so the pie crust won't stick to your counter or rolling pin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You don't, you make crust!. ;)!. Go to allrecipes!.com, they've got some great recipes!. I just used one from the barefoot contessa!. It was beautiful!!!
also, homemade crust is 100 times better than store-bought every time!.
A few things to remember- start with super-cold shortening/butter, super cold ice water and even stick your flour in the freezer for a bit before making the crust!. It'll help make sure it's flaky instead of tough!. Don't overwork it, just add enough water until it comes together!. If you "knead" it, it'll be hard and tough!. Shaping it into a disc, wrapping in plastic wrap and refrigerating it for 30 minutes before rolling it out will allow the crust time to "relax", making it easier to roll out!.
