Transport heavy cream and butter???!


Question: Transport heavy cream and butter!?!?!?
i have to go on a 10 hour bus ride and NEED to transport heavy cream and some butter so that i can bake something when i get to my destination!.!.!.!.!.i've read that freezing heavy cream is a bad idea!.!.!.!.so, if i get a cooler and fill that thing with ice, will that be sufficient!? i mean, its 10 hours!.!.!.!.!.!.thats a long time!.!.!.!.!.please let me know what you think!Www@FoodAQ@Com

go to an ice cream store like baskin & robbins buy some dry ice place in a bowl then place a smaller bowl with your ingrediants, top and cover!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes, all should be ok just try not to open the cooler a lot during your travel time!. If you have a "dry ice" supplier nearby that would be better than ice, just do not touch it (it will burn your skin)Www@FoodAQ@Com

The cooler with ice should be fine!. it only has to stay under 41F and if it were to go above that you have 4 hours before anything bad would happen to the cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
