Answers:
A good stainless steel pan guarantees you the best results!. They can, as has been stated, cause foods to stick but this can be avoided or minimized by using oils or clarifyed butter rather than just normal butter!. These both can reach a higher temperature than butter before burning!. The colour and crust you get from a stainless steal pan is only seconded to a good BBQ or Grill!.

Electric stove tops are useless and will cause just about anything to burn!. But either way use a lower temperature than you normal may!. You will also find with stainless steel that it has less of a hot spot than non-stick pans!. A good one can also be used in the oven even with the plastic(or whatever they are) but check your manufacturer instructions as some are not heat tolerant!. This is perfect for finishing off items such as fish or steak in the oven!.

It may take a few mishaps to get things right but once you do you will find it a great addition to your kitchen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What type of fire you using!.!.!.gas or electric cooker!? use tons of butter will not work out for it!.!.!.and most do you eat pork(cause i have other reason for it)!. IF you eat pork then you can get the skin of the pork then start to put the pork skin on the fry pans no other seasons needed just the skin and start to smooth all over the pan!. after that you will see the oil coming out from the pan must be evenly!.!. after that leave it for a few hours then wash it and cook as normal!. Note: I tried it before and really works cause it will no stick but i'm not sure you believe!. but most of all heat control if the main control follow by oil heating also!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

as with most new pans you have to start out slowly !.if the pan is thin turn your heat way down,if the pan has a copper core sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel like the Tramontina brand of gourmet cookware all you need do is cook but with the thinner cookware you will either have to build a carbon surface on the inside of the pan (which sort of defeats the purpose ) or just live with the sticking (or just turn the heat down a bit and use oil or butter )(although butter in thin stainless steel will still stick )Www@FoodAQ@Com

Non stick coated pans are the bomb and stainless will always stick unless you use a candle under it to cook with! I also found that cooking with gas and stainless helps from sticking so much but you still better get ready to soak your pans all night and that's why I don't buy them! Electric stoves and stainless together should be outlawed!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do not use on high heat, they will quickly become convex (domed)!.
The do not require seasoning, and if you are frying meats add the oil to the meat, not the pan, it's healthier!. Have everything ready to go into the pan, and have the element pre heated, so when you are ready to cook all you need to do is to heat the pan, then add your steak!.(a drip of water should sizzle)Www@FoodAQ@Com
