What is the difference between Wholemeal flour & Plain flour?!
If a receipe requires plain flour eg: Muffins, frittatas, can I use wholemeal instead!? Will it ruin the receipe!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The texture will be different and you may find you need to add more liquid-I usually add 1/2-1 cup applesauce or 1/4-1/2 cup water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yeah the texture is different!. Its kind of like with brown/wholemeal bread and white bread, i would think it would be like that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
