You can steam them in a steamer!. Just cut them into 1/4 slice rounds and steam them for about 5 minutes - or until they are about clear - not quite or they will be mushy!.

You can cut them in half, scoop out the seeds in the middle, sprinkle with salt and pepper and a bit of parmasian cheese and broil them in your oven on 425 for about 10 minutes!.

you can slice them cross-wise along with some sweet onion and cover with a can of italian style stewed or diced tomatoes in a pan or pot until zukes are tender!. season with your favorite italian seasonings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
