What do you do with sour cream?!

Question: What do you do with sour cream!?
What do you do with sour cream!? I mean, honestly, other than baked potatoes, what else can you use it for!? Expiry dates for sour creams are at most a week or two away from the date you buy it!. And it is hard to buy a tub of it just to bake potatoes to eat with it, and chuck the rest away!. Can someone give me a recipie or tell me what can you do with leftover sour cream!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
