Answers:
yeah if you follow this recipe:

http://www!.foodnetwork!.com/food/recipes/!.!.!.

just opt out the other cheese and use whole milk if you don't have the half and half!. You can just bake it plain if you don't want to the the whole crumb part!. It's up to you!

I hope that helps some! ^_-Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mozzarela can be used, but I prefer chedder cheese!.
Line your bowl with sliced tomato!. Mix the mac 'n cheese with one egg beaten up with a little milk - 1/2 to 1 cup!.
cover the top with sliced tomato and a layer of grated cheese !.Bake in oven @ 180 Deg C!. for about 40 minutes!.
Enjoy!.

I believe it would be good!!!! I actually tear up pieces of american cheese and put in mine!. I never really put much thought in trying any other kind, but now I think I'll try it!.
My mom used to use two boxes of mac-n-cheese and mix in a can of tuna and a can of peas plus some american cheese!. It's actually amazing!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is very nice if you mix the mozzarela and chedder!. I've done it many times before and it taste great!! :) It breaks the oiliness! I won't suggest that you only use mozarella, it will be too stringy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am sure it will be good but remember, mozzarella cheese is a stringy cheese, so use very very Little, if not, you will be chewing for hours!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
