Where in the Sacramento area can I find discs of pre-made, uncooked empanada dough?!

Try looking in any decent-sized international or specialty food stores, I get mine at a place called Joseph's (I'm not sure if they are on the west coast)!. If they are in a normal store, it would be found in the same section as phyllo and other pastry doughs (look for Goya)!. I would also check out the larger Hispanic groceries!.
If worse comes to worst, frozen puff pastry (available at almost any grocery) will work!. It is not the same as the authentic, but still tastes good and would fool anyone who's never had a real empanada! There are plenty of homemade recipes online that I've tried before, but they are on the tedious side (but do-able)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
