Looking for a desert recipe involving roasting whole oranges?!
In a Ready Steady Cook episode, a contestant presented some citrus fruit ( I think clemantines) and the cook roased the peeled fruit with some other ingriedienst ( I think including wine) to create a caramalised desert!.
The cook said one can do this with oranges too!.
