What do you add to you lasagna dish to make it your own?!
Answers:
Sharp cheese !!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
To make a lasagna dish "your own" you could literally just add your own touch!. For example, you could make a veggie lasagna by adding bell peppers, onions, and other veggies that you like that can absorb a little flavor!. It also depends on your personal tastes!. If you like spicy, add tiny bits of chili peppers!. But really, you could do just about anything!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Okay, the secret is out! I take one apple, cored and peeled, smash it with a masher, mix it with crushed fresh basil and leave in the fridge overnight!. Once I have cooked the hot plus sweet Italian sausages and drain the fat I add the apple with basil and saute for a minute or two, and then I add to simmering sauce!. Instead of the dash of sugar I use an apple!.
A secret recipe ingredient was revealed the other day, I believe it was pears, yes, pears in a hamburger at a famous Trump restaurant!. The burger tasted like a burger with a certain "je ne se qua"!. So there you go!
Sauce:
I use fresh basil from my garden, fresh garlic which I mash with pestle and mortar, roasted red peppers, roasted tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, salad olives with capers, oregano, salt, onions, and mushrooms!.
Ricotta cheese like if it was going out of style!.
Make a salad with tomatoes, pines nuts, grapes, Gorgonzola cheese, a splash of Grand Marnier (orange liqueur), pomegranate seeds, Chambord (raspberry liqueur), lettuce and olive oil!.
And of course hot and crispy baguettes loaded with olive oil infused with fresh garlic!.
We normally do not have room, but do make a little space for our dessert: almond macaroon tarts (sweet tart dough with almond paste topped with raspberry jelly)!.
