I am thinking of making stuffed chicken and putting it in foil with some veggies on the bbq?!
I am going to put cheese, cranberry, pecan, etc!. in the chicken!.!.and then put some lemon slices and olive oil over the top of it!. And add some brussel sprouts and broccoli in the packet!.
Do you think this will cook up well on its own, or should I brown the stuffed chicken first!? Its been a long time since I've made packet food on the bbq!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say it should do well on the bbq!. I would slow cook it perhaps indirect heat would work best or top shelf at the least!.
Your recipe sounds great enough I think I will try it also some time!.

I totally agree with GSmooth!. The ingredients combined does not sound appetizing!.
On the other hand, you may want to grill the chicken separately from the veggies!. The chicken will take much longer to cook on the grill, while veggies just takes a couple minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on the method of direct or indirect heat, charcol or gas grill!?!? I have done the beer can chicken many times, I've added onions and peppers inside it normally takes 2-three hours!.
Using both gas and charcol!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
