CHEWY CHOCOLATE COOKIE RECIPE -
Ingredients
* 1 1/4 cups butter, softened
* 2 cups sugar
* 2 large egg
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
* 2 cups flour
* 3/4 cup cocoa
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Cream butter and sugar in large bowl!.
Add eggs and vanilla; blend well!.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt!.
Blend into creamed mixture drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet bake at 350° for 10 minutes (Do not over bake!. Cookies will be soft!. They will puff during baking, flatten upon cooling!.) cool on cookie sheet until set, about 1 minute remove to wire rack to cool!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love the recipe on the back of the Walmart brand white chocolate chips!. They have the best white chocolate chip macadamia recipe!. They come out a little crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside!.

Just enter the type of cookie you like, ie!. "Chewy Chocolate Chip" into your search engine!. There are many excellent recipes to choose from!. I tried several and was n ot disappointed!.

get your dough really cold before baking, this will help them to not spread so much!. also, I use a small icecream scoop and leve them in the ball form like it comes out of the scoop!. The other tip is to NOT overbake!. if it says 10 to 12 mins!. take out at 10Www@FoodAQ@Com
