Because Deer venison has so little fat, you'll need to add some for a juicy burger!. But don't use deer fat - it tastes bad!. Mix Deer venison, pork, salt and pepper, handling as little as possible!. Heat grill!. Brush burgers with vegetable oil and grill about 4 minutes; turn and cook to desired doneness!. Serve on rolls with your choice of condiments!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I assume you have ground venison to cook with, if so did they add beef fat when it was processed!? Many people do because there is so little fat on a deer and what there is this taste bad!. If you have a roast you can course grind it with out adding fat!.
If it is fat added cook them medium rare to medium do not over cook they will become dry and nasty!. Salt, pepper, maybe a little onion or green pepper as well!. I personally like to cook with some chipotle, it adds flavor and cuts any excess game taste!.
If you have no added fat I would use butter to cook them in maybe really good extra virgin olive oil!. Same spices as above!. Do not over cook them!.
Enjoy it taste good and is better for you that beef!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Similar to regular beef burgers, but since venison is so lean, I would mix in some ground pork and seasonings, like ground thyme, seasoned salt, garlic and/or onion powder and lots of pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
