Chicken provencal (I may have made that name up)
Saute carrots, onions, and celery in olive oil, throw in some herbs (parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme or herbs de Provence mix, what ever you have) saute chicken!. When done, make a pan sauce by deglasing with white wine!. (may need to add a little flower to the oil before you add wine to make a lot of thick sauce)!. It is simple and deceptively delicious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
