I am having a hard-time finding dinners for my family!. We are picky and some of us have food allergies!. Any good dinner ideas!? also, my kids are small and won't eat anything that looks too complicated!.

This is what we can't eat:

Eggs

Meat/Fish
Beans
Tomatos
NutsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Potato soup
scalloped potatoes
rice and veggies
pea soup
Bread sticks
Foccia bread
Pita and sprouts sammies
We make eggplant alot- find new ways to make eggplant- we bake it with garlic and chop tomato and onion in to it, sere it with fry bread!.
butternut squash soup
veggie pot pies
Dahl with naan
spinach callaloo- leave out the crab

I guess if any of these sound interesting you can google recipes or just ask!.

Must be tough to cook for your family not being able to have tomato!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They can eat grains, root vegetables, other vegetables, fruits, beans and stuff on your list if it's not a food allergy and they are really hungry!.

Serve some of the stuff (meats & cheeses, etc!.) on the side -- buffet style!. Those who don't or can't eat it, won't select the food but those who want it will!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about salads with cucumbers, carrots, broccoli and other veggies you like!. And if you can eat chicken or ham add that to it!. Serve with vegetable soup and dinner rolls!.

also!.!.!.go to allrecipes!.com!. They have lots of vegetarian dishes and just omit the tomatos or nuts!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
