This is yum and the meat really takes on the flavour:

Ingredients
2 chopped, deseeded fresh red chillies
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp ground black pepper
60ml/2fl oz white wine vinegar
1 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley



Method
Mix all the ingredients together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Equal parts of lemon juice, oil and soya sauce with fresh mint would do!. Marinate overnight in fridge!. Bar-b-q on high on all sides to brown and seal in moisture!. Turn down to med and just keep testing for doneness!. I use a meat thermometer, always accurate as to well done or rare!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Honey ,,garlic ,rosemary,thyme,olive oil
Put meat in a plastic bag with the above give it a good shake into the fridge for a few hours!.
Shake now & then!.
When cooking chuck some rosemary & thyme onto the coals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

soy sauce, honey, salt n pepper, lemon juice!.!.!.!.

curry powder, sour curd, salt n pepper!.!.!.!.

simple italian seasoning!.!.!.!.

well to keep it easy just use garden mint!.!.!.!.!.!.and then for the last 10mins a squirt of honey just to caramelise it up!.
