Baked Mac n Cheese
1!.boil macaroni noodles till ready
2!.crack 3 eggs in a bowl and add 3 teaspoons of pepper!.stir
3!.slice sharp chedder,colby jack, and mozzerella cheese till you have 3 little piles
4!.get a medium sized cooking bowl or what ever you call it and put noodles in it till it makes 1 layer, add cheese and the eggs over the macaroni!.repeat till you have no noodles and cheese!.5!. but in oven for like 30 min or so or till it looks readyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Grilled New Potatoes with Lemon-Garlic Aioli and Chives
3 pounds small new potatoes, unpeeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
6 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper, divided
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
1!. In a large pot of salted water, boil potatoes until just thoroughly cooked, but not completely soft, 10 to 15 minutes depending on size!. Test by piercing a potato with a thin skewer; when the skewer meets some resistance but can slide all the way through, the potatoes are ready!. Drain potatoes immediately and set aside until cool enough t handle!.

CHEESE STUFFED SHELLS
1 pkg!. 14 manicotti shells
2 c!. (8 oz!.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c!. cottage cheese
1/2 c!. grated Parmesan cheese
1 sm!. onion, diced
2 tbsp!. parsley flakes
1 tsp!. oregano
1 (32 oz!.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 c!. grated Parmesan cheese
Cook shells according to package directions; rinse, drain and set aside!. Combine Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, onion, parsley flakes and oregano!. Stir well!. Stuff manicotti with cheese mixture!.
Place stuffed shells in a 9x13-inch pan!. Spoon spaghetti sauce over shells; sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese!. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until heated through!.
I sometimes brown 1 pound of hamburger, drain, put 1/2 into cheese mixture and the rest on top of shells!. I also put more Mozzarella on top with the Parmesan cheese
ALMOND BAKED FISH
1 1/2 tsp!. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp!. melted butter
1/4 tsp!. salt
4 flounder fillets or other fish (1 lb!.)
1/3 c!. mayonnaise
1/2 c!. saltine cracker crumbs
3 tbsp!. melted butter
2 tbsp!. slivered almonds
Combine first 3 ingredients in a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish!. Arrange fish in dish!. Spread mayonnaise over fish!. Combine last 4 ingredients and sprinkle over fish!. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes!.
SPICY SEAFOOD PASTA
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1/4 c!. diced onion
1/8 c!. diced red bell pepper
1/8 c!. diced green pepper
12 oz!. Italian hot sausage, diced
1 tsp!. cayenne powder
2 tbsp!. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c!. Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp!. Worcestershire sauce
4 c!. crushed fresh tomatoes
1/4 c!. tomato paste
2 tbsp!. dry red wine
Saute the onions, peppers and sausage in butter!. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes!.
SEAFOOD PASTA:
1/3 c!. unsalted butter
8 oz!. your favorite white fish (I use orange roughy)
8 oz!. med!. raw shrimp, peeled, deveined & tails removed
8 oz!. bay scallops, cleaned
8 oz!. fresh shucked oysters or mussels
6 tbsp!. dry white wine
1 to 2 lbs!. cooked fettuccine (depending on the sauce to pasta ratio you prefer)
1/2 c!. heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 c!. spicy sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese
Saute the first 4 ingredients in the butter and wine for about 4 minutes!. Add fettuccine and cream and simmer another 4 minutes!. Add 1 1/2 cups (or more if necessary) of the spicy sauce and simmer until well thickened!. Top with the cheese and serve with tossed green salad!.
BABA GANOUSH WITH TAHINI SAUCE (Dairy)
1 eggplant, long & lightweight
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
8 oz!. plain yogurt
1 clove garlic
TAHINI SAUCE:
1/2 c!. tahini sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Water
Bake eggplant at 350 degrees until soft, about 1/2 hour!. (Test with toothpick!.) Cool, peel and remove head!. Chop or put in food processor, whichever texture is preferred!. Add garlic and continue to chop or process!. Add lemon juice, yogurt, salt and pepper!.
