jelly fish is the best in the world! its so crunchy and delicious

to prepare it!.!.!. usually I buy pre-packaged jellyfish, and just mix in some chopped cucumbers or chinese lettuce!.!.!. Chinese vinegar is always a good option!.

just dont eat the stingers!. but if you're buying it from a grocery store, its all ready to eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sesame Jellyfish Recipe


Ingredients :

lb
Prepared shredded jellyfish

Light soy sauce

tbl
Sesame oil

White rice vinegar

tsp
Sugar

White sesame seeds, toasted



Method :

RINSE THE JELLYFISH WELL in cold running water and drain!. Put it in a stainless steel bowl and cover with boiling water!. Let the jellyfish sit in the water for about 15 minutes or until it is tender!. Drain and continue to soak at least 6 times in several changes of cold water!. Drain thoroughly and blot dry with paper towels and set aside!. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl!. Toss the jellyfish well in this sauce and let it sit for at least 30 minutes!. Just before serving, garnish with the sesame seeds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Edible jelly fish are not the ones you'll find swimming along with the tides in the USA!. Try an Asian market!. They are edible and delicious!. There are lots of recipes online at sites such as Martin Yan's site, but the ones included in these responses sound good, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
