Question: Im making banana bread muffins!.!.!.!.can I!?
It calls for butter!. Is there any healthier substitute I can use!? can I use fat free sour cream instead!?

No!. The muffins need the fat!. They'll turn out flat and so dense you won't like them!.
Try a recipe that calls for applesauce instead of some of the butter!.
Butter in moderation is not bad for you!. In fact, it's better than most butter substitutes for your health!. also, by the time you bake off those 12 muffins, there isn't all that much in each one!. Just don't put extra butter on them before eating!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should just use the butter!. Real butter has alot of Vitamin A and calcium (which artificial butter doesn't have)!. You're not using THAT much, and it will add to the flavor too!. You can substitute applesauce, but they'll be heavier and have a different flavor (and applesauce has sugar)!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
