How do you make your french toast?!

Question: How do you make your french toast!?
or any other good breakfast recipes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
here's my own recipe for stuffed french toast:

The amounts will vary depending on how many people you are serving!. One loaf of bread should feed about 5 people if a few people get seconds a some don't!. I use about 3 eggs for every 2 people I'm serving!. The cinnamon, sugar, salt & vanilla are to taste, and I just add the milk a little at a time to get the consistency I want!. Always add less nutmeg than you think you need!.

Challah or Brioche from the bakery
Eggs
Vanilla Extract (or for a special occasion, use vanilla beans)
Cinnamon
White Sugar (or for a syrupy-sweet taste, use light brown sugar)
Milk (or to up the luxury--and fat--half & half or cream)
pinch salt
half a pinch of nutmeg

To make: Thickly slice the bread (about 1 inch)!. Beat eggs, add sugar, cinnamon, pinch salt, nutmeg, and vanilla!. Slowly add milk until mixture is smooth like custard batter!. It should be thick but not gloppy!.

Cover the mixture and let sit in the fridge overnight!. Let the bread sit out, uncovered, overnight!.

In the morning, lay the bread slices out on a sheet pan & pour some of the batter on top!. Let sit for 3-5 mins and then flip the slices and pour some more batter on the other side!. Let sit another 3 minutes!. While the bread is resting, heat your oven to 350 degrees!. Get out a big skillet and pour enough oil to coat the entire bottom of the pan!. Heat to medium!. Put a drop of batter in the oil!. If it fries immediately, it's ready!. If it doesn't sizzle, up the temp in small increments until it's right!.

Add the slices one at a time, be careful not to get splattered by the oil!. Check to see if the first on is golden brown!. If so, start flipping them!. When they are golden brown on both sides, they will still be gooey in the middle!. Take them out of the skillet and put them on a cookie sheet!. Bake them in the oven for 5-10 minutes until they are just the way you like them!.
Top with fruit, cinnamon butter, or maple syrup!.

To make stuffed french toast, slice the bread about 1!.5 in thick and then, from the bottom of the slice, in the middle, cut a little hole a few inches in!. Let sit out, uncovered, overnight!. In the morning, fill with flavored cream cheese, pie filling, or jam/marmalade and finish as described above!. May need a few minutes more in the oven!.!.!.take extra care when lifting and flipping these!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
