Answers:
if the pan is a saucepan type that you put onto the stove then all you have to do is put water in the base and then spray the cups with oil or put a little butter in them, when the water is boiling crack the eggs into them and cover them, watch them and when the egg white around the yellow is solid then use a spoon to scoop them onto your plate or toast or whatever, if they are microwave ones the method is different, let me know if you need any further info

I would say the hell with the poached egg maker!.!.!.

Boil about 3 inches of water in a pan, and crack your egg/s into the boiling water!.

Let them swim around in there for a couple of minutes, and remove carefully with a slotted spoon!.

Transfer to the plate or toast or english muffin or whatever and pat the top dry with a clean paper towel!.

Do you really want your poached eggs to look like they just came out of the kitchen at Dennys!?

Do it like your local greasy spoon does it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

coat the cups with butter
smear it all over with your finger so there is a light layer
place the eggs in, grind pepper over and put the lid on, assuming you already have the water boiling of course
they should take approx 4 mins but depends on what the poacher is made from
not difficult to gauge as you watch it though, if you are unsure, gently pierce the yolk with a sharp knife, you can then see how "done" they are
enjoy, i love poached eggsWww@FoodAQ@Com

I don't use a maker, just get the water simmering, not boiling, eggs are delicat protein and need to be cooked gently, get it simmering then get the water in like a swirling action around the pan, add two or three drops of white vinegar then crack you egg into the centre, cooking time comes with practice, not sure how you fix your drama with the maker, but maybe you could try spray on olive oil it's great on muffin pans!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

spray a lite coating of pam on them!.!.!. times depend on how rapidly the water is boiling, and how many eggs are cooking, and the degree of doneness you want!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
