No/low point recipes?!
i am going back to ww after a few years off, and i'm following their point system!.
i still have the book with how many points things are, but not the recipe book!.
does anyone have any good really low points recipes!?
or no point!?

I have files & files of them!.!.!. Each saved under key ingredient (ground beef, chicken, crockpot, etc!.!.!.)!.

I have this great chicken tortilla soup recipe (below), but not sure if you'll like it if you're not a tomato fan!.!.!.
also I steam frozen cauliflower in the microwave, then mix in one wedge of Laughing Cow light cheese spread!. YUMMY, and super low in points!.
Chicken Tortilla Soup
4 chicken breast halves
15 oz!. can black beans, undrained
2 (15 oz!.) cans Mexican stewed tomatoes, or Rotel tomatoes
1 cup salsa (mild, medium, or hot, whichever you prefer)
4-oz can chopped green chilies
14 1/2 oz can tomato sauce
14 oz!. can chicken broth (I use fat free)
can sweet corn
tortilla chips (light)
2 cups grated cheese (I substitute Veggie Shreds)
Combine first 7 ingredients in large slow cooker!.
Cover!. Cook on LOW 8 hours!.
Just before serving, remove chicken breasts!. Stir in sweet corn!. Shred chicken breast and stir back into soup!.
Let soup sit approx 10 mins (until corn is heated through)!.
To serve put about 3 - 4 chips in each individual soup bowl!. Ladle soup over chips!. Top with cheese / veggie shreds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cheese burgers make a nice meal!. You will need:
4 x Quarter Pound Beef Burgers
4 x White Burger Buns
8 x Processed Cheese Slices
Tomato Ketchup
Grill the burgers under a medium heat, turning occasionally!. Slice the burger rolls and take the cheese slices out of their little plastic wrappers while the burgers are cooking!. When the burgers are ready, place 2 processed cheese slices on each and grill until melted!. Place each burger in a burger bun and add tomato ketchup!.
Serve on a plate with fries!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i want to congradulate u for going back!. I go and i am a receptionist once a week!. Try diet soda muffins!. Get a cake mix and put and diet pop u like in it!. Light pop with like cake!. Dark pop with dark cake!. Fill the muffin thing half full and use the directions on the box on how long to bake!. They are two points!. I love them!. Try this website, but just be warned some of the recipes are not complete, you will notice that you are not using all of your ingredients that they list, but if you're an ok cook you can figure out what to do with them!.
