Top sirloin?!
I have a pretty big piece of steak and I think top sirloin is pretty tender!.So what can I make with it!?also I have a meeting to go to tonight and need something that will be good if it just sits for a while Please no links I would like recipes that have benn tried and liked Thank you in advanceWww@FoodAQ@Com

The part that scares me the most is "just sits a while"!. If this is the case then there is only one safe way to prepare a dish for the "long haul", crock pot, cut your sirloin into strips, about 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup, rough chop a small onion, 1/4 tsp chervil, salt, pepper, all tossed into the CP and cook on low for about 8 hours, when you're ready either cook up some rice or pasta to serve your strips over, top with a little chopped parsley!. While the pasta/rice is cooking saute' some mushrooms in butter and oil to add a little depth to your presentation!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes:
INGREDIENTS
5 pounds red potatoes, cut into chunks
1 tablespoon minced garlic, or to taste
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a large pot of lightly salted boiling water, cook the potatoes, garlic, and bouillon until potatoes are tender but firm, about 15 minutes!. Drain, reserving water!. In a bowl, mash potatoes with sour cream and cream cheese, adding reserved water as needed to attain desired consistency!.
Transfer the potato mixture to a slow cooker, cover, and cook on Low for 2 to 3 hours!. Just before serving, stir in butter and season with salt and pepper to taste!.

Wild Rice Casserole-
INGREDIENTS
2 onions, finely chopped
3 celery, thinly sliced
2 (6 ounce) packages dry instant long grain and wild rice mix
2 1/2 cups water
1 (10!.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup butter
1/2 pound processed American cheese
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
DIRECTIONS
In a slow cooker, place onions, celery, rice mix, water, condensed cream of mushroom soup, butter, American cheese and mushrooms!. Cover, and cook on Low 6 to 10 hours or on High 2 to 4 hours!.

INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 (3 pound) top sirloin roast
6 cloves garlic, slivered
6 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
2 large sweet onions, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup beef broth
3 cubes beef bouillon
1 bay leaf
2 large green bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
DIRECTIONS
Rub salt, pepper and paprika into the meat!. With a small knife, make slits in the roast!. Press the garlic slivers into the roast!.
Place the potatoes, carrots, and onions in a large slow cooker!. Place meat on top of the vegetables!. Pour in water and beef broth, and add bouillon cubes and bay leaf!.
Place lid on slow cooker, and cook for 6 hours on High, or 8 hours on Low!. During the last half hour of cooking, add the green peppers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
