try mixing butternut squash puree into some of your foods like macaroni and cheese or lasagna!. Butternut squash has a very light, vaguely sweet flavor (you wouldn't even know it was in anything)!. You can puree it yourself but i've also seen it already done in the frozen food section!. One of my friends is exactly the same way- he won't have anything to do with veggies!.

You can grate carrots and shred spinach into pasta sauce and then heat it on the stove, he won't notice it once it is all mixed in with pasta and meatballs!.

Make spaghetti sauce and chop up spinach and carrots into super small pieces and add it to the sauce!. It gives it some color and tastes like they aren't there!. You can tell him they are spices!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can chop up carrots into tiny pieces and add them into meatloaf!. My Mom used to do this growing up because my Brother wouldn't eat vegetables!. It worked like a charm!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
