DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cornstarch and salt!. Add enough milk to make thick paste!. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring milk to a boil!. Stir in brown sugar mixture, return to a boil, and cook for 1 minute!.
Place egg yolks in small bowl!. Temper the yolks by quickly stirring in about 1/4 of hot milk mixture!. Pour yolk mixture back into hot milk mixture, and return to heat!. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute; remove from heat!. Stir in butter and vanilla until butter is melted!. Pour into bowls, and let cool slightly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

CHOCOLATE
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cocoa
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
BUTTERSCOTCH
2 cups packed brown sugar
2/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter


Directions
1) Vanilla: mix sugar,cornstarch and salt with 2 c milk cook over medium heat until it thickens and comes to a boil boil 1 minute remove from heat and stir in vanilla!.
2) Pour into a bowl and place wax paper on top,Chill!.
3) Chocolate: mix sugar,cornstarch,salt and cocoa with 2 c milk!.
4) cook same as vanilla pudding!.

5) Butterscotch: Mix brown sugar,cornstarch and salt with 2 c milk!.
6) Cook same as vanilla and chocolate but also adding the butter at the end!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

***Butterscotch Pudding***

3/8 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter

DIRECTIONS
In a 1 quart saucepan, stir together sugar, cornstarch and salt!. Place over medium-low heat and stir in eggs and milk!. Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon!. Stir in vanilla and butter!. Let cool briefly and serve warm, or chill in refrigerator until serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
