well what you have makes a geat stuffing for shells, i use those ingredients for mine all the time!. To the beef when you cook it up add some chopped onion, peppers, bits of diced tomatos and cook up some of the sausage too, This will make a great stuffing as well as a sauce!.
Take your shells and par cook for 6 mins then remove and chill in ice water to stop cooking process and fill with mixture!. Place some of the sauce on the bottom on the dish so it doesnt stick or burn, add your shells, top with more sauce, mozz cheese and add finely chopped basil if oyu have extra to the top for a great cheesy layer!.
