the easy way

take a can (or 2) of sugar cookies (the kind you would cut from the roll and put on a sheet!.

take a rolling pin and spread it on a cookie sheet!. Bake as directed!. watch it! easily burns!. You want it so it's just golden!

Philadelphia cream cheese and sugar, add enough to taste!. stir together so it's soft!.

Once the cookie sheet has cooled!. spread the cream cheese mixture on top!.

Cut up strawberries, kiwi, bananas, etc!. Drain!!!! put on top!.

Get orange marmalade!. couple tablespoons in the microwave for 10-20 seconds in a cup!. pour glaze on top!.

keep refridgerated until ready!.

Yummy Fruit Pizza

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup butter
32 large marshmallows
5 cups crisp rice cereal

8 ounces cream cheese
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
16 small strawberries, halved
1 banana, peeled and sliced
2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons apricot jam
1 1/2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons heavy cream
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


DIRECTIONS
In a medium saucepan combine the butter and marshmallows!. Stir over low heat until melted!. Remove pan from heat and stir in the crisp rice cereal!. Prepare a pizza pan by lightly coating with vegetable oil spray!. Press the cereal mixture evenly onto the pizza pan!. Place into the refrigerator to cool!.
To make the sauce, combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and cocoa in a small bowl!. Beat until smooth and creamy!. Spread evenly over the pizza crust!. Arrange the strawberries, bananas, and kiwi slices over the crust to look like pizza toppings, or make a fancy design!.
In a small cup, mix together the apricot jam with the water!. Dab onto the fruit with a brush!. This will keep the fruit from turning brown!. Whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff, drop dabs of whipped cream onto the pizza!. Slice like a pizza, but thinner!. This is a very rich dessert!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

FRESH FRUIT PIZZA COOKIE
Yield: 8 Servings

1 pk (20oz) refrigerated
-chocolate chip cookie dough
1 pk (8oz) light cream cheese
1/3 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 Fresh pineapple, cut in thin
-wedges
2 Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1 Banana, peeled and sliced
1/4 c Raspberries
1/4 c Apricot jam, melted

Servings: 8

Press small pieces of cookie dough into 14-inch pizza pan!. Bake in
350 deg!. oven 12 to 15 minutes or until browned and puffed!. Cool
completely on wire rack!.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl until blended!.
Spread over cooled cookie!.

Arrange pineapple around out edge of cream cheese!. Arrange kiwifruit,
bananas and raspberries in flower patter over pineapple!. Brush with
jam!.




Fruit Pizza -
1/4 C!. butter
1 1/2 C!. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 C!. flour
1/2 t!. salt
1 t!. baking soda
1 C!. sour cream
1 t!. grated lemon rind
8 oz!. cream cheese
8 oz!. whipped topping
1/4 C!. confectioners' sugar
1/8 t!. vanilla
Pizza Topping:
halved grapes, sliced bananas, blueberries, pineapple tidbits, orange sections and a red cherry

Mix butter, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, baking soda, sour cream and grated lemon rind into a dough, and divide mixture in half!. Press each half into a 12-inch pizza pan!. Bake at 350°F!. for 20 minutes!.

Mix cream cheese, whipped topping, confectioners' sugar and vanilla and spread over the cooled dough!. Place fruit on top, beginning at the outside edge, and put a cherry in the middle when finished!.

Each pizza serves 12!.
Note: Canned pie filling can be used in place of fruits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They make them at the pizza Hut!. You have to just go in and ask them what flavors they have!. It don't take but about 20minutes for them to make them and they are great!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
