How do you make Tiramisu that isn't runny?!

Question: How do you make Tiramisu that isn't runny!?
everytime i make Tiramisu, the mascarpone becomes too runny and almost pudding like!.!.ive followed the recipe exactly (6 yolks, 3 T sugar, 1 lb mascarpone), and cant understand why it always does this!.!.ive seen it made before on TV and it never turned out this way!.!.should i use an unflavored gelatin maybe to hold it together a bit better!? how do i avoid the runnyness is pretty much what im asking!.!.!.!.Thanx in advanceWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Don't over mix either!. If you use gelatin, be careful to not use too much or else it will turn too stiff and be more of a mousse than the soft marascapone filling!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Found following recipe…!.not tried it yet!.
Passed it on to a lady who did!.
Family enjoyed, no complaints!.
Made in one large pan…not individual servings!.

SARA LEE TIRAMISU (E-Z)
Tiramisu –

Ingredients:

1 Sara lee pound cake (10 3/4oz!.)
16 oz Non-dairy whipped topping;
1/4 c Strong-brewed coffee
1/2 c Sweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:

Cut pound cake vertically into 10 equal-size slices!.
Drizzle coffee over each slice; set aside!.
In a large bowl, combine whipped topping and 1/4 cup cocoa, mixing until blended!.
Place 5 cake slices on a flat surface!.
Evenly spread a thick layer of whipped topping mixture over each slice!.
Top each with a second cake slice, sandwich-style!.
Transfer to individual dessert plates!.
Spread each cake "sandwich" with whipped topping mixture!.
Cut "sandwiches" diagonally in half!.
Sprinkle with remaining cocoa; serve immediately!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A problem with a runny tiramisu is most often the ladyfingers!. Try making the recipe again, and make sure to not soak the ladyfinger cookies in the espresso for too long, because this will saturate into the center and make the marscapone runny!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
