Homemade Beefburger Recipe?!
I love homemade beefburgers but I want some different recipes!. Please leave me your meaty ideas!.

Beef and Zucchini Burger
Ingredients
Sauce
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons salsa
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 medium onion, finely diced
1 zucchini, finely diced
1 1/4 lbs ground chuck or ground turkey
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 7 inch pita bread, warmed
Directions
1Make sauce: combine all ingredients in a small bowl!.
2Heat oil in nonstick skillet; add onion, half the zucchini and cook 3-4 minutes, until tender!.
3Cool!.
4Toss beef with zucchini mixture, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper!.
5Shape into four 1/2" thick patties!.
6Heat grill pan!.
7Grill patties 5-6 minutes per side until an instant-read thermometer inserted into side of burger registers 160 degrees (165 degrees for turkey)!.
8Place burgers, sauce, and remaining zucchini inside pita!.
stuffed burger
Ingredients
1 beaten egg
1 1/4 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom, drained
1/3 cup beef broth
1/4 cup sliced green onion (, with tops)
1/4 cup snipped parsley
2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 lbs ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
1Mix together the egg, stuffing mix, mushrooms, beef broth, green onion, parsley, butter, and lemon juice!.
2Set aside!.
3Combine meat and salt!.
4Divide mixture in half!.
5Pat each half into an 8 inch patty on sheets of waxed paper!.
6Spoon stuffing over one meat patty to within 1 inch of the edge!.
7Top with 2nd patty, peeling away waxed paper!.
8Seal edges of the meat together!.
9Invert meat patty onto a well greased wire grill basket, peeling away the last piece of waxed paper!.
10Grill over med heat for 10 to 12 minutes!.
11Turn and grill until done!.
12Cut burger into wedges!.

I put a pound or two in a bowl!. Drop in 1 egg(helps hold it together), 1/2 teaspoon or so of onion powder, Wishbone Italian dressing about 1/4cup, Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper and mix it around with hands!. Spice it up a little with some chili powder or cayenne powder!Www@FoodAQ@Com
