Question: RecipEss!!!!?
i have an end of the year party tomorrow at school, and I don't know what to bring!!!
Anyone have any ideas of what I could bring!?!?
I want something different, because I always bring like no bakes or chex mix!.!.
Everyone is bringing cookies, or chips and pop, so please not those!.!.!.
I need something easy and simple ingredients, and tastes good!!!!

OREO PIZZA

30 OREO, divided
1 pkg fudgy brownie mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/3 cup m& m

Pre heat oven to 350
Put 22 cookies in bag and crush
Cut remaining cookies in to small pieces
Prepare brownie mix using oil, water, and eggs
Stir in crushed cookies

Pour into sprayed pizza pan
Bake 18- 20 min
Sprinkle top with marshmallows
Return to oven 1- 2 min
Remove pan from oven
Sprinkle cookie pieces and M&M over top

I like to melt a small amount of chcoclate and or vanilla frosting in the microwave!.
Take a fork and drizzle the frostings over the top the of the pizzaWww@FoodAQ@Com

Mini Peach Pies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh (or frozen) peaches
1 refrigerated piecrust
2 1/2 Tbsp!. graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp!. sugar
1/8 tsp!. cinnamon
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees!.
Using 4-inch bowl as a guide, cut 5 circles from piecrust!. Roll out slightly, then place on a baking sheet!.
Place 1/2 Tbsp!. of graham cracker crumbs in center of each crust!.
Cut the thawed peaches into chunks!. In medium bowl, mix peaches with sugar and cinnamon!. Divide peaches among crusts!.
Fold edge of each crust up and over peaches to form pies!.
Bake 30 minutes until pies are golden brown!. Let cool 5 minutes before serving!.
While still warm, sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar (1/2 cup sugar and ? tsp!. cinnamon)

FRUIT AMBROSIA
2 c!. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c!. sugar
1 tsp!. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp!. almond extract
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
1-2 cans fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c!. flaked coconut
3-5 c!. miniature marshmellows
Beat cream, sugar & extracts until very stiff peaks!. Fold in fruit, coconut & marshmellows!. Chill !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.can do the day ahead!. Bring in Dixie cups or paper bowls & plastic spoons to eat it!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make a low -cal DELICIOUS Boston Creme "Pie" for you and your friends!. i tried it and loved it:
Nutella brand Hazelnut/Cocoa/Skim milk Spread
Angel cake
and Low fat vanilla ice cream

Layer two thin pieces of angel cake with Low fat vanilla ice cream in between!. Then apply Nutella brand Spread as a glaze or frosting:)

Cut up fruit and a dip!. The dip could be something as simple as yogurt or a cream cheese dip!.
strawberries, pineapple chunks, apple slices, pears, nectarines, and peaches all taste good with dips!.
Since you probably will not have access to a sharp knife cut you fruits at home and sprinkle with a little lemon juice to prevent browning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE
(NO BAKE)

INGREDIENTS:

1 large package Vanilla instant pudding
1 small package Vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
1 8oz!. container Cool Whip
1 box Honey Graham Crackers

DIRECTIONS:

1!.) Mix together and beat for 3 minutes on low speed, vanilla pudding and milk!.
2!.) Fold in Cool Whip!.
3!.) Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with 1 layer of graham crackers, pour 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers!.
4!.) Make a second layer of crackers and pour remaining pudding over crackers!.
5!.) Make a 3rd layer of crackers over pudding!.
6!.) Prepare Topping!.

Topping

Beat until smooth with mixer:

6 Tablespoons cocoa
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
2 Tablespoons softened margarine
2 teaspoons white Karo syrup
2 Tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla


Spread evenly over chilled cake!. Refrigerate overnight before serving!.!.




JELL-O CAKE
CAKE:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 large box Jell-o gelatin
12 oz!. Can soda pop
Bake cake as directed on box!.
Remove from oven, using a wooden spoon handle (or fork) poke holes in cake while still warm!.
Prepare Jell-o, using more soda pop in place of water!.
Pour Jell-o/soda mixture over cake!.
Refrigerate 2 hours!.

TOPPING:
8OZ!. CONTAINER Cool Whip
1 small pkg!. instant Jell-o pudding

Mix pudding, as directed and let stand 15 minutes until thick!. Blend
in Cool Whip spread over cake!.
Hint: I used Fago Red Pop (which is strawberry flavored) for the liquid in the cake mix!.!.!.and the liquid in the Jell-o!. also added a large box of strawberry Jell-o gelatin to the topping!.
Could decorate with sweet slices of strawberries!.


PINEAPPLE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
1 box Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 cup milk
1 8oz!. container Cool Whip

DIRECTIONS:
Prepare cake according to package directions!.
On removing cake from oven, immediately punch holes in cake!.!.pour pineapple juice over cake!. Let cool!.
Mix pudding & milk until thick!. Add remaining ingredients and spread over cake!.


ROBERT REDFORD DESSERT

INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOTTOM LAYER:
Melt 1 stick butter
Add 1/2 cup nuts and 1 cup flour!.

Press into bottom of lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan!. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees!.

MIDDLE LAYER:
Blend together 1 8oz!. package cream cheese and 1 cup sugar!. Fold in 1/2 small tub Cool Whip!. Mix well!.

TOP LAYER:
Mix together until mixture begins to thicken:
1 large package vanilla instant pudding & 1 large package instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups milk!.

Spread on middle layer and chill to set!. Spread remaining cool whip on top & garnish with nuts & grated chocolate if desired!.


DIRT PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound bag of Oreo’s
1 large box of instant vanilla pudding
1 small container of Cool Whip
1 Tablespoon powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:
1!.) Crush 3/4 bag of Oreo’s and spread in 9 x 13 baking dish!.
2!.) Make pudding as directed on package!.
3!.) Add Cool Whip & sugar, spread over crushed Oreo’s!.
4!.) Crush remaining Oreo’s and sprinkle on top of pudding mixture!. Refrigerate!.



Banana Pudding

I usually double the recipe!.!.!.!.never any left-overs!.

Ingredients:
Bananas
Use instant Banana pudding or vanilla pudding fix by directions on box!.
Cool Whip!.!.!.add to pudding mix thoroughly!.
Vanilla wafers
Toasted coconut!.

Line serving dish with a layer of vanilla wafers (a row up the sides of dish, also!.)
Add a layer of sliced of bananas
Gently cover with a layer of 1/2 pudding mixture!.
Make a second layer of wafers, bananas & pudding!.

Top with some toasted coconut and/or crushed vanilla wafers!.

Whole Wheat Spicy Banana Bread

1/2 c!. butter (or 1/4 c!. applesauce and 1/4 c!. marg!.)
1 c!. sugar (or 1/2 c!. Splenda and 1/2 brown sugar)
2 eggs, lightly beaten (or 1/2 c!. egg substitute)
1 c!. mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
1 c!. all-purpose flour, unsifted
1/2 tsp!. salt
1 tsp!. soda
1 c!. whole wheat flour, unsifted
1/3 c!. hot water
1/2 tsp!. cinnamon
1/4 tsp!. allspice
1/4 tsp!. nutmeg
3/4 c!. chopped walnuts

Melt butter and blend in sugar!. Mix in beaten eggs and mashed banana, blending until smooth!.

In a bowl, stir together all-purpose flour, salt, soda and whole wheat flour until thoroughly blended!. Add dry ingredients alternately with hot water!.

Stir in chopped nuts and spices!.

Spoon batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan!.

Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, until bread begins to pull away from sides of pan and a wooden skewer inserted in center comes out clean!. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes; then turn out onto a rack to cool completely!.

Makes 1 loaf!.


Cake Doughnuts
"Lightly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg!. Preparation time is short and well worth the effort!."

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 quarts oil for deep frying
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup white sugar

DIRECTIONS
1!. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and nutmeg!. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, butter, and vanilla!. Mix until well blended!.

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour!.

2!. Heat oil in a deep heavy skillet or deep-fryer to 370 degrees F (185 degrees C)!. On a floured board, roll chilled dough out to 1/2 inch thickness!. Use a 3 inch round cutter to cut out doughnuts!. Use a smaller cutter to cut holes from center!. If you do not have a small cutter, use the mouth of a bottle!.

3!. Fry doughnuts in hot oil until golden brown, turning once!. Remove from oil to drain on paper plates!.

Combine the remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar in a large resealable bag!.

Place a few warm donuts into the bag at a time, seal and shake to coat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
