Question: Best Brownies!?
okay, so for school i have to make around 35 brownies, could u tell me your favorite recipe, and around how much brownies it will make!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? or, if its on a site then tell me the site name, but please don't just give me a recipe site where u typed in the word brownies and hundreds of recipes come up that ill have to look through,

*please only yummy recipes that u have tried!.

*cookies are okay too, but not as good as brownies, oh and no chocolate chip please, someone else is already bringing them in!!!!

This recipe makes about 16 2x2-inch brownies!.

Fudgy Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
4 packets (1 oz!. each) NESTLé? TOLL HOUSE? CHOCO BAKE? Pre-Melted Unsweetened Chocolate Flavor or 4 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350o F!. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan!.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl!. Stir in sugar, butter, Choco Bake, eggs, water and vanilla extract vigorously in large bowl!. Stir in flour mixture !. Stir in nuts!. Spread into prepared baking pan!.

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky!. Cool completely in pan on wire rack!. Cut into bars!.

Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

? pound (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
? cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 ? cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
? teaspoon salt
3 cups Quaker Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
1 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!.

Beat together butter and sugars until creamy!. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well!. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt!. Stir in oats and raisins, mix well!.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet!. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown!. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet, remove to wire rake!.

Makes about 4 dozen!.

BAR COOKIES
Bake 30 to 35 minutes in an ungreased 13x9x2-inch metal baking pan!.

You can substititute 2 cups of chocolate chips for the raisins and add in flaked coconut!.

Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
In a medium mixing bowl beat butter with an electric mixer at medium to high speed for 30 seconds!. Add the 1 cup sugar, baking soda, and cream of tartar!. Beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally!. Beat in egg and vanilla!. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer!. Using a wooden spoon, stir in any remaining flour!. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour!.

In a small mixing bowl combine the 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon!. Shape dough into 1-inch balls!. Roll balls in the sugar-cinnamon mixture to coat!. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet!.

Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 10 to 11 minutes or until edges are golden brown!. Transfer cookies to a wire rack; cool!. Makes about 36 cookies!.

CORELLIAN COCONUT OATMEAL COOKIES DIPPED IN CHOCOLATE

1 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
? tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
? cup Butter, softened
1 2/3 cup Sugar
2 Eggs – large or bigger (I prefer to use Jumbo)
1 ? tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2 ? cup Quick Oats
1 cup Flaked Coconut
16 oz Milk Chocolate - Melted (I prefer Droste a Milk Chocolate candy bar from Holland) - Optional

Preheat oven to 375 F!.

Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside!. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy!. Beat in eggs one at a time!. Stir in flour mixture, vanilla and oats!. Add coconut!. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned at the edges!. Cool on a wire rack!. One cool dip half of each cookie in the melted chocolate and let harden!. Makes about 60 cookies!. Cookies will spread when baking!.

MOLASSES CRINKLES

3/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp!. baking soda
1/4 tsp!. salt
1/2 tsp!. cloves
1 tsp!. cinnamon
1 tsp!. ginger

Preheat oven to 375 degrees!. In a bowl mix the butter, brown sugar, egg, and molasses!. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, cloves, cinnamon, and ginger!. Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture!. Once mixed, chill in fridge for 1 hour!. Roll chilled dough into balls!. Dip tops in sugar and sprinkle each with 1 - 2 drops water (for crinkling effect)!. Bake 8-10 minutes!.

I'm not sure if you didn't want CHocolate Chips in the brownies or not CC cookie recipes, but here is one of my favorites and it makes a big pan!.

Snacking Brownies

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups (16-oz!. can) HERSHEY'S Syrup
4 eggs
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:
1!. Heat oven to 350°F!. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan!.

2!. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl!. Add syrup, eggs and flour; beat well!. Stir in chocolate chips!. Pour batter into prepared pan!.

3!. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan!. Cool completely in pan on wire rack!. Cut into bars!. About 36 brownies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

6 squares unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup unsalted butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup unbleached all purpose flour
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees!. Melt chocolate and butter together in microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or on stove top in heavy saucepan on very low heat!. Stir until chocolate is completely melted!. Stir sugar into chocolate until well blended!. Mix in eggs and vanilla!. Stir in flour and nuts until well blended!. Spread in greased 9x13-inch glass baking dish!. Bake 30 minutes!. Do not overbake!. Cool in pan!. Cut into squares!.

this is my favorite brownie recipe my friends and family are always begging me to make more!.

TRIPLE MOCHA BROWNIES
prep 20 min!. bake: 45!. min

BROWNIE:
1 1/2 sticks butter
4 squares(4oz) unsweetened chocolate
2cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons instant coffee
I teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour

CRUNCH TOPPING:
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 tea spoon vanilla extract
6 squares(6 oz) semi sweet choc coarsly chopped

MOCHA DRIZZLE:
2 squares semi sweet chocolate
1 table spoon butter
1/4 teaspoon instant coffee

PREPARE THE BROWNIES:
1!. preheat oven to 350F!. Line a 13x9 baking pan with foil lightly buttered!.
2!. Microwave the butter and chocolate in a large microwaveable bowl on high 2 minutes or until butter has melted!.Stir until chocolate is completly melted!.
3!.Stir the granulated sugar, instant coffee, and vanilla into melted chocolate until well blended!. Spread the batter into the prepared pan!.
4!. Bake for 25 minutes place pan on wire rack!.

PREPARE THE CRUNCH TOPPING:
1!. Microwave the butter and brown sugar in a small bowl on high for 1 minute or until butter has melted Mix in the egg , instant coffee,and vanilla until well blended!.Stir in the chopped chocolate!. Spread over the brownies!.
2!. Bake for 20 minutes longer or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out with fudgy crumbs!.(do not overbake)!.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack!.

PREPARE THE MOCHA DRIZZLE:
1:Microwave the remaining chocolate, butter and instant coffee in a small microwaveable bowl on high 1 minute or until butter is melted!. Stir until chocolate is completely melted!. Drizzle over the brownies!. Let stand until chocolate is firm!. Cut into squares to serve!. Store in a tightly covered container!.
Yield: 2 dozen brownies ( i cut mine smaller because theyre so rich so I usually end up with 3 dozenWww@FoodAQ@Com
