Answers:
Yum, that sounds good!. I would use the brandy mixed with a little brown sugar!. That'll give as close as you can get to praline flavor with the ingredients you have!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Simply read the reviews from other who have made it!. That is the best thing about allrecipes!. Scroll down and you'll see them and you can click on "more"!. I've read them and some say the simply omitted the praline liquor, some suggested drizzling carmel instead!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Of what you mention you have on hand the Brandy would be the best suited!. You could also use Chamborde, Frangelica or Amarretto if you want alcohol!. For a non alcohol idea you can use pecan or almond extract!. Any of them will give you a great flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Frangelica or Amoretto are in keeping with the nut idea, Bailey's caramel might carry the praline bit, but I think I'd go with Grand Marnier as I think it would pair better with the fruit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Omit it or use a bit of apple juice or orange juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd use the brandy!.!.!. or if you have it, a raspberry or orange liqueur! (frambroise, Cointreau, triple sec)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Kirsch or cherry brandy would be nice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
