Here are a couple:
1!. Beat eggs, add seasonings, and place in microwave proof dish!. Nuke for 2 minutes or less!.
2!. Place eggs in shell, in dishwasher and put on wash cycle without the soap for hard cooked eggs!.
3!. Boil water in sauce pan, drop whole eggs in water to "poach"!. For an extra zing, add vinegar and hot sauce to water!.
4!. Cook sunny side up and top your favorite burger, add pickles, onions, and ketchup!.
5!. Cut a circle in bread and butter on both sides!. Place in hot saute pan and crack egg into the center of the hole!. Flip when bread is golden and cook on both sides!. Top with maple syrup, powdered sugar and crumbled bacon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The most unusual one I've heard of is where they mix all the ingredients - eggs, milk, seasoning, ham, cheese in a plastic bag, and then cook it in the bag in boiling water!
Another one is a Boy Scout recipe for utensiless cooking, where you hollow out an onion or orange and break the egg(s) into the hollow and season and scramble with fork or knife!. Wrap in foil or just place on grill over indirect heat and cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Scotch Eggs are intriguing!. Essentially you take hard-boiled eggs, wrap them in bulk sausage, bread them in seasoned dry bread crumbs and deep-fry them!. That's the way they do it in Scotland, but then they also deep-fry pizza!!.!. and candy bars!
I have also seen a recipe for Scotch Eggs done in a hot oven!.
Either way, you end up with what looks like a big meatball or a small meat loaf and when you cut into it, the egg is the colorful surprise!.
You could do the same thing with your favorite meatloaf recipe made in those cute little individual loaf pans and hide a hard-boiled egg in the middle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love eggs, and one of my favourite 'unusual' ways (because the usual ones are so good too, like poached & scrambled) is to do a Tulip Omelet!.
You make salty crepes, and stack them up while you make the rest!. Then, you make an omelet mix - beat up some eggs, cream, grated cheese, a vegetable (like broccolli or anything you like) & some salt n pepper!.
Use lots of Pam or other grease to grease a muffin tin for as many as you want to make!. Place a crepe in the tin gently so it doesn't break, and it'll look like a flower!. Into the centre, carefully pour the omelet mix, and don't overfill it!.
Bake it, covered in aluminum foil, in a 375F oven until the omelet is set!. Take off the foil and let the crepe crisp up!.
Serve with hash browns & beans, or yoghurt & fruit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The Chinese Pickle (technically cooked with acid) eggs in LYE!.
They boil to make it firm, then pickle in lye for a year or so!.
They look weird when they are peeled (sort of tye - dyed), and slice them real thin!.
They contain LOTS of sulfuric acid when done properly, and will take your head off, if you are not prepared!.!.!.Do NOT eat a whole one!. You maybe able to find them in a specialty store, or at a sushi restaurant!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favorite is:
Toad In a Hole
6 slices bread
2 tablespoons butter, softened
6 eggs
6 slices Cheddar cheese
Preheat a large skillet to a high heat!.
With a small biscuit cutter remove centers from bread!. Butter slices on one side only!. Grill bread until lightly toasted!. Crack an egg into each bread hole (be careful not to break the yolk)!. Season with salt and pepper to taste!. Lay 1 slice of cheese on each egg and then the bread rounds!. Cook until eggs are cooked to your desired consistency!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
