Answers:
Kansas City Steaks are a sirloin strip cut most often!.
Its best to cook them on a grill out doors but if you don't have a grill try pan frying them in butter on a pretty hot setting, flip them over when and fry for a few more minutes, then turn the heat down, they will take about 5-7 minutes on each side, depending if they are a good thickness and not real thin!.!.!. if they are not done enough just put them back in the skillet to cook abit more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The KC Strip should be marinated in a little olive oil and red wine vinegar for about 30 minutes, while the coals are getting ready on your grill!. Then pepper and grill to medium rare!. Let sit for about 5 minutes before cutting!. Salt and otherwise season to taste!.

You have a nice cut of meat there, enjoy!.

If you ever get to Kansas City, go down to the stockyards and eat one of these at the Golden Ox!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
