My dear sweet Momma, who just passed away used to make this all the time and now I do!. It's great!.
Hawaiian Style Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
1-3# cut up ready to cook fryer
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tab!. cornstarch
1 tsp salt
2 Tab chili sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a shallow roasting pan, roll chicken in melted butter until well coated!. Arrange pieces, skin side up, in a single layer in pan!. Reserve 2 slices of pineapple for garnishing & dice the remaining!. Mix the pinapple juice with the remaining ingredients!. Add drained pinapple pieces!. Spoon half over chicken!. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour!. Uncover & bake for 30-45 min!. or longer till chicken is tender!. Baste chicken occ!. with sauce as it cooks!. When done twist the two slices of pinapple (cut into) and place on chicken and serve!.

My mom's Hawaiian Chicken
One cut up whole chicken OR 6 boneless skinless breasts, cubed
1 T oil
1 can pineapple tidbits, reserve juice
2 green peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c cornstarch mixed in reserved pineapple juice
salt and pepper to taste
steamed rice
Brown chicken in oil; add pineapple and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes!. Add peppers, onions, sugar and soy sauce; cook for 10 minutes!. Add cornstarch and juice, simmer until sauce is thickened!. Serve over rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Combine soy sauce, ketchup, pineapple juice concentrate, chicken broth, white wine, Worcestershire sauce, and ginger in a large bowl!. 1/4 tsp!. cinnamon
dash salt
dash black pepper
1/2 cup toasted almonds sliced or cashews chopped
Over stove, brown chicken in butter!. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
as chicken browns!. Reduce temperature!. Add soup, pineapple and
cinnamon!. Blend well, coating chicken with sauce!. Cover and cook 25
minutes or until chicken is tender, stirring occasionaly!. Just

6 pineapple rings
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
Place the chicken breast halves in a dish with the 1 1/2 cups of teriyaki sauce!. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight!.
Preheat a grill for high heat!.
Lightly oil the grill grate!. Place chicken breasts on grill, and discard marinade!. Cook for 8 minutes per side, or until juices run clear!. Brush with the remaining teriyaki sauce during the last 5 minutes!. When almost done, place one pineapple ring on top of each breast, and brush with melted butter!.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, and Worcestershire sauce!. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved!. Serve with chicken for dipping!
P!.S!. I dont always use the grill for this!. You can just as easily bake it withe the sauce on it!. I usually top with sauce and then cover and cook on 350, for about 40 minutes, depending on how big the breast are!. Just cook til the juices are clear
