Soggy batter, HELP?!
Making fish and chips English style and need a good batter recipe or tips, please!. Used to be able to make it ok, nice and crispy, but lately is just keeps getting soggy whats up with that!? Please help thanks a lot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with Cutie Pie!. Make sure the oil is hot enough, and then also make sure to drian using a cooling rack or brown paper bags or newspaper, or paper towels!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
