were gonna make cinnamon bread just a little and it requires yeast i wonder if using bread improver instead of yeast will be okay

If you have no yeast use a tablespoon of baking powder!. It's mainly used for quickbread!. Baking powder will make the dough rise!.But I would suggest adding just a bit more water or milk!.Or add eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can, it it will be flat like cookies!. The taste wont change much, but you will be eating cinnamon crumpets!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If you didn't use yeast for the pizza dough then it didn't rise, correct!? For bread you need the rise unless you like flat dense bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
