Question: On a diet and so hungry, also I hate most vegetables, any good ideas for dinner!?
I know, I know the veggie thing!.!.!. but I take my vitamins!.
Anything tasty you can suggest that can be satisfying when really I just want to cave in and call up pizza hut!?

Make a pizza on a small whole wheat pita with a slice of fat free cheese and sliced tomato!.
Popcorn is fillin sprinkle it with seasoning salt!.

Five small meals every four hours versus three big meals should help with the hunger issue!.

As for veggies, cook them into recipes!. Sauces, stews, and soups can pack a lot of veggies in without actually tasting them!. Personally, I like a green (not iceberg lettuce) salad with a few shots of those "Salad Spritzers" which are only 1 calorie per spray!. 10 sprays does it for me!

Finally, pizza isn't bad if you get thin crust with cheese and then only have about 2 slices!. Even have them put some mushrooms or peppers on it!. Avoid the pan crust, stuffed crust, meat toppings, and extra cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try chicken and if you really need something sweet popsicles and gummy bears have no fat!. I use them when I need to lose a couple pounds cause I still need a bit of junk food every now and then!. And it's ok to allow yourself stuff like pizza, just don't pig out!. It will be easier to stick to your diet if you don't make yourself completely miserable!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would go for some grilled salmon marinaded in teriyaki sauce!. Make some brown rice or quinoa in reduced sodium chiken broth!. also, saute some vegetables in olive oil!.

A bowl of oatmeal!. Really good for you and filling, although kind of disgusting!. Use splenda to sweeten!. Drink water and diet drinks!. Try chewing on raw vegies!. It gets on my nerves so bad, I don't want to eat after that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Grill some chicken with a side of rice and a little salad!. Yumm!. Do you have the george forman grill!? It is easy to grill things with it!. It lets all the grease and fat run out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
