Answers:
Buy the "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" SPRAY!.!.!.!.The tubs still have quite a bit of fat!.!.!.!.The spray has all the butter flavor but NONE of the bad stuff!. The bottle says 5 sprays is ZERO calories and ZERO fat!!! I put it on baked potatoes, corn-on-the-cob, and even bread, though if putting it on bread I spray only on the bite I am fixing to eat!. Because it is so thin, it will make the bread soggy if you spray it all over!. It can even be used to cook with!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah, smothering it in butter & salt isn't such a good idea!. You could use an oil-based spread, or non-hydrogenated margarine (not that hard to find)!. You could choose any herb or spice that you like to replace the salt, or you can buy "low-sodium" salt!. Personally, I like the salt, and a little bit won't really hurt you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i used to do the same thing!. and realized how horidly unhealthy it is now i just do salt!. if u love corn, salt is good too!.
try downsizing little by little everytime you eat it!. there's not really a healthy alternative to butter!. butter is bad period!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I do the same!. I have used queso blanco, cilantro and lime though on grilled corn!. Gave it a totally different flavor!. When I was on a diet I used that butter spray stuff with salt, that was okay too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i eat it with a little dash of garlic herb and black pepper, and just a little bit of butter!. Not a lot!. I don't want to die of clogged arteries!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
