mix chopped tomatoes with basil (or just add Pesto to them if you want the really easy way!), slice the bread and toast slightly, then drizzle with olive oil, rub garlic over it, top with the tomato mixture, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and put back under the grill to finish cooking! Yeah ill agree, Tomatoes (Roma, Vine Ripened), Basil, Garlic and Olive Oil (Extra Virgin), also if you like you can also grate some Parmesan over the top (not traditional but tasty)Www@FoodAQ@Com
