Does anyone have a recipe for homemade corned beef hash??!
I have the canned corned beef that I will be using and want it to be simple enough where my 6 year old can help prepare and also that it doesn't take forever to make!. ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

peel and dice(small) 2 med potatoes!.!.!.cook in skillet with 2 T oil on med high heat until brown!.!.!.!.add canned corn beef and heat through!.!.!.

I don't have a recipe, but have always used corned beef that I cooked - usually left over (if I'm lucky!) after St!. Patty's Day!. Everything is cut small dice!. If you like your spuds peeled, peel some spuds (red, russet, whatever you have)!. Dice the spuds!. Dice the corned beef, or let it fall apart as you dice it (cut across the grain)!. If you like onion, you can dice an onion to add to it too!. Then cook it all in a bit of oil in a frying pan!. The meat is already cooked, the potatoes take a few minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
