Answers:
Take 4 cans of diced tomatoes (or less, depending on batch size) I like to pulverize them a little to help break them down but i usually use whole tomatoes!. Anywho, chop some garlic and an onion!. Take a big pan and saute the garlic and onion in olive oil, add a little redpepper flakes!. when the onion turns translucent add the tomatoes!. Do not burn the garlic!!! I always add a pinch of sugar and a dash of vinegar to bring out the flavors!. Cook for as long as you can, the longer the better!. SEason with salt and pepper, and add the herbs like basil and parsley at the last few minutes!. It's a delicious simple recipe, it's excellent with chicken parmesean!Www@FoodAQ@Com
