Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
4 ounces linguine, cooked al dente
2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
1 thinly sliced green onion
1-2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomato
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


Directions
1Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl and toss to coat!.
2In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in butter or margarine until chicken is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes!.
3Reduce heat add green onion, heavy cream, tomatoes, basil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and heat through!.
4Pour over hot linguine and toss,with Parmesan cheeseWww@FoodAQ@Com

Lemon Linguine


Cook 1/2 pound pasta!. Beat two eggs with a half cup of whipping cream!. Add the zest and the juice of one lemon, and a quarter cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese and pour over pasta!. Add chopped parsely if you prefer!.

i dont undertand your question, do u want to make something with heavy whipping cream or do u want to make whipped cream!. if you want to make whipped cream i know a great recipe!. blend heavy whipping cream and a cup of sugar in mixing bowl with a mixer!. its delicious and not too sweet!. other uses from heavy whippingcream are pasta dishes with cream sauce, but i dont think thats what your looking for!. sorryWww@FoodAQ@Com
