im wondering how many cups this would be!.!.!.

It depends on the nature of the substance but there are glass or plastic containers you can buy that indicate the weight of various substances at various levels, the one I have has calibrations for flour, semolina, cocoa, sugar and rice!.

courtney, i am a pro baker and the question you ask has a lot or different answers because of the denisty of the different products in baking!. being from the usa we deal mostly in ounces and pounds, so you need to calulate you grams!.
most liquids translate to 8 oz to the cup!. milk, water, melted butter,sour cream, eggs and also sugar, which if heated like in baking ,is concidered a liqiued!. as for flour, it is roughly 5 1/2 oz to the cup for al practical purposes!. so if you are looking to bake count sugar 2 cups to the pound and flour 3 cups to the pound and all your liquids as 2 cups to the pound, you should beable to roughly figure out most recipes to your gram conversion!. good luck and happy baking, bacondebakerWww@FoodAQ@Com
